Most international Campers will attend PlanetLabs’ Camps for all four 10-day sessions, for a total duration of approximately 6 weeks. All attendees -- Asian and international -- are encouraged to sign up for all 6 weeks to benefit:

Considerable discounts are given to encourage longer durations -- with respect to education, this is by far the best value option!
Immersion English has a much greater impact the longer the Camp.
Campers who attend multiple sessions take more leadership roles the longer they are there. This often results in transitioning to Counselor-in-Training (CIT) or Counselor status in future Camps.
for Counselors and CITs (Counselor-in-Training)
PlanetLabs encourages older applicants to apply for CIT status (and with appropriate experience, to be Counselors), since it is an excellent way to develop relationships with staff and Mentors, and build exemplary portfolios, for college applications.
CITs will be issued with a PlanetLabs.Earth certification upon completion of program and assessments.
